Hormone Replacement & Pellet Therapy

Hormone replacement therapy in Cumming, GA for appropriate women and men, guided by symptoms, medical history, laboratory findings, and ongoing clinical monitoring.

A Medical Evaluation Comes First

Hormonal symptoms can have many possible causes. We begin with a detailed consultation and appropriate laboratory evaluation before determining whether hormone therapy—and which delivery method—may be right for you.

Hormone Care for Women

Evaluation may address concerns associated with perimenopause, menopause, or other clinically identified hormone changes. When appropriate, treatment may include testosterone and/or estradiol based on individual needs.

Hormone Care for Men

Men with symptoms and laboratory findings consistent with testosterone deficiency may be evaluated for individualized testosterone replacement options.

Pellet Therapy

Pellets are one hormone-delivery option. Small pellets are placed beneath the skin during an in-office procedure and release medication gradually over time. Pellet therapy is not appropriate for every patient, and dosing and follow-up are individualized.

Your Initial Evaluation

  • Discussion of symptoms and treatment goals
  • Review of personal and family medical history
  • Medication and supplement review
  • Baseline laboratory testing when indicated
  • Discussion of benefits, risks, and alternatives

Ongoing Monitoring

  • Follow-up after treatment initiation
  • Repeat laboratory testing as clinically appropriate
  • Review of symptom response and side effects
  • Dose adjustments when indicated
  • Planning for future treatment or alternative therapy

Is Hormone Therapy Right for You?

The decision to use hormone therapy should be made after an individualized discussion of your symptoms, health history, laboratory results, treatment goals, possible benefits, and potential risks. Other medical conditions can cause symptoms that resemble hormone imbalance, so careful evaluation is important.
